Christchurch Cathedral and sculpture. The Chalice Sculpture and temporary planters reference the ecosystems found beneath Cathedral Square and the plants that flourished in the area before people arrived. Inspirations for our own gardens. The sculpture was designed to work in harmony with the Cathedral reflecting the geometric patterns of its architecture, windows and tiles.
