Cooktown, QLD – Day 2

Friday 30th July 2021
Well the order of today is rest rest rest!

A sleep in, some Olympics, some more Olympics, a swim, some lunch, some more Olympics.

Then out for a drive to Archer Point Lighthouse looking North to Walker Bay and Mt Cook, and south to the Annan River inlet. The view was beautiful yet again. Then to Rocky Island Reef and then to the Annan River beach area. This was also very beautiful but no crocodiles for David.

We then were hoping to see the Grouper feeding at the Cooktown wharf but unfortunately it won’t be on until Sunday week. So instead we had an early Thai dinner at Jackey Jackey Thai. It was a lovely meal and nice to have a night off cooking for me. Then home for more Olympics. Yay!!
